Vendor Application for Porvoo’s Christmas Path 2025 Is Now Open
This year, the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Porvoo is collaborating with the City of Porvoo to manage the vendor application process for Porvoo’s official Christmas Path. The overall event is organized by the City of Porvoo. The Christmas Path will be open from November 29 to December 21, Wednesday to Sunday, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays). Porvoo is a charming Christmas city offering a variety of festive experiences. The area features a lean-to shelter, pavilion, music, and two carousels. In 2023, the carousel attracted well over 20,000 visitors. More information: https://www.visitporvoo.fi/en/porvoo-christmas/
The Christmas Path will once again be located along Runeberg Park and Jokikatu, with vendor booths placed on Jokikatu.
Apply to participate using the form below. Booths are rented by the week, and the opening weekend (Nov 29–30) is sold separately. Prices are per week, and discounts are available for multi-week participation. Vendors must commit to the events working days and hours. On those days, vendors may be present before the official opening and after closing time. Booth locations are pre-defined and will be assigned by lottery.

Booth Details
The vendor booths (kiosks) are lightweight wooden structures, approximately 2 x 2 meters in size. Decoration is allowed. Small hooks, nails, or similar items may be attached to the walls but must be removed after the sales period. You may place baskets, small chairs, greenery, or other items related to your sales in front of the booth. Please be mindful of neighboring vendors and keep pedestrian pathways clear. A lighted garland will be installed around the booth window and must not be removed to maintain a unified look.
Each booth includes electrical outlets, a ceiling light, and an electric heater. There are two sockets per booth, with a total capacity of 16A. Additional electricity can be purchased separately. You may decorate with extra lights, but battery-powered options are recommended to conserve electricity. A dedicated toilet for vendors is available on-site, and tap water is accessible.
Selling food products requires a permit. Please check if your product needs one. Each vendor is responsible for what they sell at the Christmas market. Food may be prepared using gas, but this must be reported separately.
